how much is delivery?
Delivery fee is calculated at checkout and subject to the distance from Melbourne CBD. As a general guide, please see the below table.
0 to 11km - $15.00
11 to 17km - $20.00
17 to 22km - $25.00
22 to 26km - $30.00
26 to 30km - $35.00
I have provided the wrong address, what should I do?
Please email our customer service team straight away and let us know.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Not at this stage but we are working on it! We currently offer next day delivery. Place your orders by 2pm the following day to ensured your flowers are received the next day.
Can i pick a specific time for delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver at a specific time.
Will the flowers look exactly like they do on the the website?
The colors of the flowers may vary from screen to the real product. However, rest assured we do our best to provide the freshest quality flowers.
